Dear Journey Family…

Many times we blame the devil for our downfalls. Last Sunday we took a look at the ways the Devil tries to make us fall and he does try! But it is ultimately the decision of each Christian and each individual to choose to do wrong.

The devil will definitely tempt us but if we stand firm and we surrender our desires and trust in our Lord Jesus, the enemy will flee. There is nothing that can take us away from the safety of the forgiveness, grace and mercy of our Heavenly Father.

Baptism sign up is open for anyone that the Lord is moving to take this step of faith and commitment to him and declaring what He has done in your life publicly.

Thank you to those that are being obedient to go in the baptistry and declare their faith in Jesus and how they have been transformed to eternal life

Blood Drive

Thank you to those that have already signed up for the Blood Drive. We are starting to have a nice group of people coming to this event.

The date is Monday, August 29 starting at 1pm at Journey’s Worship Center (8500 Memorial Dr. Plain City)

Labor Day Picnic

September 4th, Labor Day weekend, good food, games, fellowship and a wonderful time of worship with brothers and sisters. We are getting things ready to come together as Journey Church family to celebrate Labor Day. Please bring someone, they will enjoy it, and who knows what God might do in their lives. It will be good though.
